We are ideally located near the Saint Pierre Tramway stop serving T1, T2 and T3. Caen train station is a 10-minute walk from the hotel.
Public transport will allow you to get to the Zénith de Caen, the conference center, the exhibition center or the Caen Memorial in less than 10 minutes.
By car you are 15 minutes from the seaside and the landing beaches which are also accessible by bus, ideal for discovering Normandy.
Our available services
Our 3 -star has 22 non-smoking rooms , for one to five people. The reception is open all year round from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm Monday to Friday and from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm on weekends and public holidays.
Rooms are available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival and must be vacated on the day of your departure no later than 11:00 a.m.
An elevator is at your disposal, as well as free access to WI-FI throughout the hotel.
The hotel has a lounge where you can work in peace, meet up with family or relax. We provide our customers with an LCD TV screen, a massage chair as well as extensive documentation on Caen and its surroundings, there are also books and card games for the little ones. Every day you can find newspapers at reception as well as in our lounge.

Our “French” breakfast served from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on weekdays and from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on weekends and public holidays for €10 per day and per person.
Private parking
The hotel has private and secure parking. For €12 per day, benefit from VL parking in the city center to make your travel easier.
Our car park has limited spaces to benefit from this you must request it when making your reservation.
Parking is free in front of the hotel from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 a.m. and on Sundays and public holidays.
Saturday parking is free for 1 hour regardless of arrival time
200 meters from the hotel you will find the Port de Plaisance car park as well as the Place Courtonne car park.
For your bikes, the establishment has a closed and free garage upon reservation.
If you arrive by motorbike our garage is accessible subject to availability, request it when making your reservation.
